Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
The Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception will take place at the conference site, at ELTE Convention Centre in the evening of 5 July.
- The program starts at 19:30 and include a buffet dinner with drinks.
- Address: 1117 Budapest, Pázmány Péter sétány 1/A. – at the congress venue on the Buda side of the town (No transfer provided)
Participation at this evening is included in the registration fee. The opening festivities are open to all registered participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors.
Banquet dinner
We kindly inform you that the closing dinner will take place on the Zsófia boat in the evening of 8 July. You are advised to dress "informally" for this program.

- Departure place: on the PEST side of the town, close to the Erzsébet Bridge, 1052 Budapest, Petőfi tér pier nr. 9 (No transfer is provided)
- Embarkation: 19:50 – 20:00
- Departure time: 20:00

Participation at this program is optional. Price: EUR 60 per person including buffet dinner with drinks. Please do not forget to bring your ticket for the event with you.
